Our Story
Empower Movement's journey started with personal setbacks from injuries and a need for surgery. Millie after only 3 months post ankle reconstruction surgery, became pregnant with her third child. At 18 weeks pregnant she had a health scare with Pneumonia and needed an alternative way to exercise. It was then Millie discovered a major need for both rehabilitation groups & pre/postnatal exercise groups within Hamilton.

Less than a year post-baby Millie began a personal training degree. Seeking advice from other women's healthcare professionals - Millie began a self-healing journey for her own health & wellbeing and to serve as an advocate for many other pre/postnatal women in the wider community.
